I hold Dr Pradeep Rajagopalan in the highest esteem. His care, attention, obvious proffessionalism and superb communication skills provide the ultimate comfort, not only to his patients, but also to those family members/carers who find themselves reliant on NHS services. He has been decribed as 'one in a million' - I concur and would simply add 'a beacon of hope'.
Dr Pradeep is one in a million
When we as a family we’re about to give up with constantly repeating ourselves after a member of our family had been admitted to hospital, along came Dr Pradeep, not only did he listen but understood what he was being told and acted accordingly.
He made sure everyone in the hospital were talking and that they reported to him and he was the families liaison point.
This gentleman was unbelievable, his help and understanding was second to none, He cut through all the red tape and got things done.
We as a family can only say thank you for everything, thank you for getting all the right people together so we could put a plan together and all understood what had to be done to allow our family member home.
Heartfelt thanks to Dr Raj for the kindness and expert care given to my 92 year old Father who was discharged yesterday following treatment for pneumonia and a kidney infection. Although unable to visit due to Covid restrictions, we were kept fully informed about Dad’s condition and treatment, and received a WhatsApp call everyday from the doctors own mobile. We felt very reassured by this and knew Dad was in good hands. What a gem of a doctor - thank you so much!!
My Dad has received great care form Dr Pradeep. He was admitted with an infection, however whilst in Tunbridge Wells Hospital under Dr Pradeep, Dr Pradeep looked into other issues that we were unaware off. From this great care we now have a fuller understanding of my dad’s health conditions and we now have future appointments for my Dads Health. We wouldn’t have had this information if it wasn’t for the care & investigations that Dr Pradeep has carried out. I can’t thank him enough for this & all the staff at the hospital are just amazing. This message is also on behalf of my father.
My got admitted to hospital on Wednesday 8th July got diagnosed with cellulitis and sepsis, I honestly thought at one point we may lose her, her oxygen kept dipping her diabetes glucose levels where high with a really high temperature, but Dr pradeep has been amazing keeping me informed with everything that was going and explained things in a way so me and mum could understand, I can't thank him enough for the care he has given and shown, there should be more doctors like Dr pradeep in this scary world at the moment, for obvious reasons I couldn't visit my mum, but he even video called me so I could see mum and speak to her and him, I will be for ever greatful. Today the Wednesday 15th July mum is coming home ❤️
